They sold us a BAD tire on Friday. On Thursday, I took the tire back and didn't mention that I purchased it from them. He looked at it, said, "This tire is BAD!" I said that I purchased it from them, and all of a sudden he didn't speak English any more. I pulled up Google Translate, and now he's "Just an employee and he doesn't make the rules." Right

I had just pulled off the highway and was getting some gas thinking my tires sure was wobbly. I look up and see Sebastian Tires. So, I pulled right over there and the people were very nice and came quickly to see what I needed. I explained to the pretty young lady that I think I need a balance and tire rotation and I asked if Nitros Air was better than regular air. She took the the time to explain to me the difference and I learned something new about air in tires. But back to the lecture at hand ✋😁!! I told them my tires felt wobbly and they did thorough inspection and quoted me a reasonable price for a balance and rotation. I don't know what the other competitors are doing....but at Sebastian Tires...they got me right and moving and groving under less than 30 minutes and I was back on the road!! I recommend them for All Your Tire Needs! Great Prices, Great Location, Great Service and All Around Great Experience!! Right next to HogWash Car Detailing Too! I Love Downtown Arkansas for the Best Tire and Car Handling Experience!! Sprinkle Sprinkle ✨✨👌😘

3/5/26 Spent 175.29 for some tires. When to get an alignment and told me the tires had separated. Called and Gentleman said we have a sign in front. No refunds. Can’t even make a safety problem right? Just bought two tires to replace the ones I purchased at Sebastian’s.

DO NOT GO HERE! They sold me a faulty tire and refused to fix it. Terrible customer service. I purchased a tire for $180 and it had a leak, the position of the leak was not fixable. Save yourself the time and stress. I’m out of $180 plus the purchase of a new tire.
